Vendor space is sold first come, first served basis, based on location availability (but there is space for all) and you need to be completely independent for whatever you are setting up (no tents or chairs provided, no power provided). Vendors MUST provide proof of insurance upon arriving before setting up. Vendors can enter speedway one hour prior to gates open time for that day. No food items to be sold by vendors except Baked Goods and/or Candy, as Birch Run Speedway sells concessions.
